We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use FURY for your own personal, non-commercial use.
FURY offers an auto-renewable subscription. The price and any free trial length are shown to you before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
FURY provides motivational quotes and reminders for personal motivation only. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Always seek qualified help for such matters.
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or attempt to disrupt its operation or the experience of other users.
FURY is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FURY after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
